Elliott knows his stuff! He took the time to truly talk to me, knew what I wanted and told me what he could do for me. I felt very comfortable with him and he was very upfront about what he thought the house was worth, what he could sell it for and had it sold in less than a month! He is from this area, knows it well and did an absolutely fantastic job. I would highly recommend him to ANYONE.
