This is the second time I've worked with Ellie--once as a seller, and now as a buyer. I was so grateful for her calm, cool, and collected manner as we dealt with a seller who didn't have a real estate agent and had trouble obtaining condo docs, dealing with a few unexpected bumps in the road, etc. Ellie arranged a credit to me for the bumps and handled the seller well and courteously. The condo needs some work, and Ellie has a huge cyber rolodex of people she can refer me to: handymen, electricians, plumbers, organizers.
