She made the sales transaction easy for me and the whole process was amazingly smooth. Things I originally thought I needed to do to fix the house up were unnecessary. Other things I didn't think mattered turned out to be important. i benefited from the wisdom she has gleaned from years of experience buying and selling homes. I watched her deal with customers, other agents, always with my best interest at heart. She really knows her business and my house sold to some lovely people and closed quickly without a hitch.
