Ellen helped the reviewer buy this property

great and reliable buyer's agent

Ellen has been referred to us by a friend. She was very considerate and a good listener. She has done extraordinary to address our needs and accommodate our busy schedule. She has also used her experience in the real estate to help us to find the right location, arranged home inspection, introduced us to great local insurance company and mortgage company, etc. On one good note, she has recommended the radon test due to the specific location and well deserved for high remarks. In addition, she fully understood our point of view and communicated well with the seller to maximize our benefits. We greatly appreciated her professional service as an agent for us and thus highly recommended her.
