Ellen is fabulous!

I'm so lucky to have Ellen as the seller's agent! She is trustworthy, experienced, professional with quick responses. When I decide to sell my nice condo in Decatur, I live in CA having a 4 months old baby, and a full-time job. My life is full of schedule. I cannot imagine selling my out of state property without Ellen. Ellen assisted in handle my furniture in the condo and arrange janitors to do clean up. She did all preparations instantly before posting my condo to market. Her suggestions are very practical and professional. My condo is a penthouse in a great location. But few people visited it in the first month due to covid-19. Ellen kept me updated even though nothing much happened in the first couple of days. When we reach a contract, Ellen helps a lot before and during the closing. I definitely would like to recommend her to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property in Atlanta!
