Ellen is the best. I already had a potential agent before I talked with her, however, I selected her with hesitation after I talked with her, because she impressed me with her professional knowledge and opinion on the current market and price, and she was nice and patient to answer my questions and address my concerns. She suggested a listing price that was proved to be appropriate and attracted a lot of offers, we had to call the high and best, and the final price was higher than I expected. Since I am out of the state, Ellen took care of everything including finding a cleaning lady, detailed thing like signs of "turn off lights" and "take off your shoes", and checking the house from time to time to make sure lights off and curtains down.
