Positive Experience / Highly Recommend

Elle was recommended to me and was instrumental in helping sell my house as I was not local. She provided a detailed pricing recommendation at the start that we discussed and agreed to prior to putting the house on the market. She helping manage updates to the house (e.g., internal painting, cleaning, etc.) to make the house more viewer friendly and organized frequent open houses. She also provided updates weekly (at a minimum) on the status of home sales in the neighborhood to keep me in the loop. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend Elle to anyone looking to sell their home.
