She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market; we followed her advice about listing timelines, pricing and preparation of the unit - and we able to achieve a great return on our investment. We are not local to Largo, FL so we relied on Elle's expertise and trusted her work ethic to get our condo sold while we were far away. There were some stressful moments as we worked through the negotiations and paperwork, but Elle was cool and calm throughout the entire process and ultimately the transaction was completed without any issue. Ellen displayed excellent professionalism during the entire sale cycle. She discussed multiple alternatives for the optimal sale and clearly her knowledge for the existing sales climate was perfect. She consistently followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable with the sales approach and made sure I didn't have any questions and concerns. It is often hard to "trust" and RE agent, but I totally trust her and felt that she truly was focused on what is best for the client.

We met Elle in 2015, when we first thought about buying a beachside home. We had seen a house for sale, during our beach walks and met Elle and asked her to show it to us.
