I strongly recommend Ms. Ellen Probst, should you need a real estate agent in Florida. Ms. Ellen Probst is a true professional. She very quickly got the ball rolling on the sale of the property that same afternoon after we talked with her. On 6/8, when we met with her, she already had 'comparables; and recommended a selling price. Upon the completion of some paperwork, the property went out on the listing on 6/17. On 6/18, she relayed to us the first offer, which we accepted. We have now closed on the sale of the property, very much to our satisfaction. Ms. Probst kept us updated as things were happening. She always responded very promptly when we called/texted her. Her responses were very satisfactory to us. She seems to have a good relationship to other professionals that were involved in the sale of the property. She has a very warm personality. She leaves you with a warm, fuzzy feeling that everything is under control.
