From beginning to end, Ellen was there for me and my family: -She would answer our calls immediately, and call back if she was in a meeting. -On days that we had to be at the new house longer, she brought home-made cookies, onigiri (triangle rice), and always made sure to ask us how we were doing and if we had any questions she could answer -She made sure that my aunt was not alone when she had to go to any important meetings -She was always positive, thoughtful, kind, and always had our back no matter what situation -She is extremely knowledgable and insightful of the market We do not hesitate to recommend Ellen with 6 stars out of 5 stars!
