In the summer of 2024, my husband and I reached out to Ellie as we prepared to tackle the challenge of buying and selling a home simultaneously for the first time. Naturally, we were nervous about the unknowns and complexities of the process. From our very first meeting, Ellie put us at ease. She came prepared with thorough documentation and practical examples, which made the entire process feel less daunting. Initially, we were unsure about what we wanted and often changed our minds. Despite this, Ellie was always patient, responsive, and transparent in answering our questions, no matter how small. Her dedication and honesty made us feel like her top priority. I would also like to give kudos to her partner, Samantha Rauh, who helped with answering questions and provided much needed guidance along the way. Through late-night phone calls and early morning texts, Ellie helped us find a home that checks all the boxes—meeting every one of our wants and desires. Although leaving our first home was bittersweet, we couldn’t be happier with the perfect match Ellie found for us. We're already settled in and so excited for this new chapter!
