She owned a mobile salon business, specializing in weddings. She is passionate about customer service. Through meeting customers from all walks of life is where she found the value in real estate investing. Purchasing real estate as a single mom would prove to be a life changing experience. She has been a licensed contractor for commercial and residential homes. Formally the owner of a small restaurant in Colima, Mexico. She is conditioned to keep up with the high-pace demands in real estate from her experiences. Cher attended TCC and NOVA Community College. She considers herself a life long student of continuing education. When Cher is not previewing homes she enjoys family time with her Granddaughter. She is passionate about giving back to our community and donates ten percent of all earnings to charity. Very professional and always on time.

The process of selling my house was easy and my realtor Cher was always there when I had any questions. I received feedback as it was coming from viewers from Cher every step of the way. Over all I was very satisfied with the sale since I know Cher worked hard for me to get what I wanted out of it. Will definitely be doing business again with her. Thank you so much 😊

Great Experience!

Before my home hit the market Cher had already had a list of buyers ready to put in an offer on my home. Cher does her homework to make sure buyers and their offers are legit, so you can choose the better offer! She will fight for you! Smooth process!

Outstanding Realtor, through, honest, and dependable

Cher is an outstanding Realtor, she goes above and beyond in helping sell your home, and makes sure you are well informed as to the process and all of your options. She is great with marketing the house, has a great eye for what improvements to the house will return your investment with the sale, and what the pros and cons are of the offers you receive. The sale of my house had a number of irregularities on the buyers side that she helped me navigate effectively and close on the sale for the best possible value. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone on your side to navigate the market, whether you are selling or buying a home.
