Agnes Grey is a very skilled negotiator and gets deals done. I need not say anything more, but I will. Agnes is extremely and meticulously efficient, organized and sees a transaction right through closing. This is very unusual for a real estate agent. Agnes is very personable, understanding and an excellent communicator. In my 40 years of doing business with many different real estate agents, Agnes was the only realty agent who did not disappear after the sales contract was signed. On the contrary, Agnes was very involved and oversaw our real estate transaction right through closing making sure our closing agents, escrow team and legal teams (on both sides of this transaction) were all on the same page, all with the ultimate goal for a successful close to our real estate deal. Agnes went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure all went smoothly from the start all the way to the finish line and we were extremely impressed. Isn’t that what one wants from a realty agent?
