Worked thru a failed buyer, and helped verify the second time we were dealing with a more qualified buyer. Also since I was not in South Florida she helped with inspections, appraisals, etc. Very much a team effort. She identified things that needed to be done, and I got them taken care of. She worked with my attorney thru the probate issues, and with team effort the sale closed on time.
