Ellen did a phenomenal job. I would say she went above and beyond to ensure that we where comfortable with the process especially since we were out of town. Her communications were timely and informative. She provided sage advice and helped with all of the coordination for contracted repair work to ensure the house had the best viewing possible! We have already started circulating her name to our military friends and we would use her for any future purchases or sells in the area!

Our experience with Ellen Mills and Samson Properties has been professional and completely positive. A year before we were prepared to sell our home my husband and I met with Ellen for a walkthrough of our home during which she made recommendations for upgrades to ensure an expeditious sale. After taking a year to make the recommended improvements we were ready to move out. Upon moving out she worked with her contractors to replace the carpet and paint the walls along with several other minor touchups. Her vetted contractors made the house appear as new despite being over 20 years old at the time. All this work proved to be beneficial, within four short days of listing the house an interested buyer offered the amount being asked for in the listing and the house was sold.
