Ellen McDonough

Over the years Ellen has been our agent on both sides of buying and selling in San Antonio, and we couldn't have better things to say about her. In our most recent home sale (Jan. 2017) she went far beyond expectations to help us navigate a tricky relocation situation, always with a smile on her face. She knows exactly how to get homes "show ready" and has a long list of contractors to make it happen; she does her due diligence to price homes fairly but aggressively; and she navigates negotiations in a way that gets deals done. Nobody knows the Alamo Heights market better than Ellen, but we've also recommended her to friends looking elsewhere in San Antonio, and they've had equally positive experience. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed working with Ellen. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, houses, and market. Everything was just easy. We weren't first time home buyer but new to Texas- she was very patient with us. We love our new home and plan to be here a long time but I am already looking forward to getting to work with Ellen again. She is simply the best!
