I would recommend Ellen to any one looking to purchase a new abode. She talked to us about what we wanted in a house and asked specific questions to determine just what we wanted. She found the perfect house for us. She was so intune that we bought the very first house she showed us. It is EXACTLY what we were looking for. She guided us through the mass of paper work (it was an estate sale and we were moving 5 states from where we currently live.) She gave us time to ask questions, guided us throughout the inspections, and had several recommendations for local businesses that we might need. I gladly give her a 5 star rating.
