Very happy with Turpin's Oldwick office (we worked with Weslee and Ellen). We put our house on the market right before the pandemic. Weslee and Ellen had done a market analysis and had suggested a listing price and had made suggestions about some changes we should make to the house (pulling up carpets and doing some interior painting etc.). My wife and I liked the house the way it was and thought we should list it for more than they suggested. When we finally lowered the price and made the recommended changes--it sold. We should have listened to Weslee and Ellen right from the start--they know what they are doing and have a good feel for the market. I also liked that they know how to present the positive aspects of life in Califon and they do a good job presenting the positives of buying a historic house.
