I work full-time as a Buyer’s Agent on the Barker Team at Keller Williams. I love working with Buyers and helping them find the right home for their needs. I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, folks relocating to the Lake Norman area and folks who are down-sizing. I’m also seeing more and more families that include the parents of one of the buyers. Multi-generational living is becoming more popular - sometimes for economic reasons and sometimes to help provide care and support to elderly parents and / or to provide help to families with younger children.
