This was an extremely difficult property to sell. We knew that from the start. We interviewed several agents before deciding on Ellen. Well prepared, knew the market, understood the uniqueness of this property to sell. Offered great advice toward selling the property. Sign went up, next day lots of folks scheduled a visit , they showed up and an offer was made I believe the next day. FOR MORE THAN OUR ASKING PRICE. There were some glitches that we worked through because of the property and time frame we were under. I’d use Ellen again no problem.
