Ellen did an excellent job assessing the market, listing my home to sell as I had requested, and selling my home in one day. Actually it was only 2 hours on the market. Her team was very proactive in presale as I had renters in thru 6/1/18. Not wanting to miss the active summer market, the team previewed the home in several publications prior to the MLS publish date of 6/1/18. We were able to use existing photos of the home when I occupied it and new photos and drone aerials to show the home extremely well.
