Ellen helped us find a home for our parents. Ellen was amazing! She was helpful, patient and she did an excellent job for us. I will use her again in the future.

Listened carefully what we wanted and price range we needed to stay in. Checked into previous projects to see if the owner got permits before we closed on the prospective home so we would not be responsible for and made sure money was held in escrow. Saved us money that would of came out of our pocket to complete the permits with the city of Surprise along with the extra expence's to correct projects that were not done to code. Ellen has followed up with any of our questions and concerns to make our new home a joy to have!
