Ellen is a consummate professional. We were over and again stunned by the quality of her service. She was patient with our many questions, prompt, well-prepared, knowledgeable, and – above all – devoted to her clients. Ellen was flexible, taking phone calls and scheduling showings at odd hours to accommodate the schedule of two working adults with children. We felt well-informed and well-represented throughout the home buying process. She encouraged us not to settle on a home that we weren’t thrilled with. Consequently, we are unpacking in a home that we love. We could not imagine working with another realtor.
