"Team Ross" Elle and husband Joe are a top notch pair. When we found ourselves considering a home that had a septic system that none of us were familiar with they did in depth research in how it operated what permits and service contracts were required and even who had held the previous service contract. Not being totally at ease they contacted the state health department for further research. We were purchasing for my wife's mother who was in the process of selling her home in Maine. With Mom as the future owner my wife handling much of her affairs and myself dealing here locally they were really dealing with three buyers. They were also dealing with an out of state seller. They made our search and transaction smooth. We will surely be sending business their way!
