Elle was fantastic to work with from start to finish and made the entire process so seamless. She was helpful, knowledgeable and just generally fun to be around. I felt like I knew what needed to be done every step of the way even though this was our first home purchase. She texted/called/emailed multiple times a day as we were working through close given the sellers required a very short time frame. She reached out to our lender on the daily to make sure things were on track and provided a ton of guidance throughout the negotiation process. I do think we ended up getting more money to cover repairs because of her. On top of that, she even had a contractor come look at repairs at no cost to us to get a fair assessment of expense post-close. 10/10 would recommend her to friends and family!

Elle was an absolutely fantastic agent. Throughout the entire process she explained everything very clearly and was always responsive to communication. We put in around 10 bids and she always was positive and helpful. This was our first house and Elle will 100% be our agent for the next one.
