Elle Davidson stepped in to cover for her colleague (representing us as sellers) on our escrow already well underway and shortly afterwards, the buyers cancelled, only to regret immediately that they had done so and they returned with a new offer. She was superb at communicating with us, offering strategy alternatives, and laying out options for choosing how to proceed. And she gave us her full and immediate attention when we needed it.
