Very patient and dedicated

We started looking for homes with Ella in June 2022 and she worked with us patiently and professionally until we closed on our home in April 2023. I'm was a very detail oriented, calculating, and patient buyer and I can imagine that it was very frustrating at times to deal with our indecisiveness and uncertainty about what we wanted and needed in our first home. But, I never got the impression that Ella was frustrated with us. Furthermore, she had a great feel for the market conditions and had great suggestions on crafting our offers and dealing with the sellers during the closing process. She was quick to respond to our needs via text, email, and phone call. Her team was also very professional and helpful. Both prior to and after closing, she has given provided reliable and helpful references for service providers to help deal with electrical work, pest control, and other maintenance issues we are working on. We are so glad we went with Ella!
