I fell pretty confident in saying that you could not find a more knowledgeable or customer focused person to help you buy or sell a home than Ella Williams, and her team. <br/><br/>There are a tons of things to consider and keep track of when buying or selling and Ella never let any detail slip by without making sure we were well informed and on top of things. She spent the time to really get to know what we wanted and guide us through the process. Looking back I would have to say it was more like working with a family member than a professional realator. Her bottom line was our satisfaction, no matter how long it took, and that is why I would use her again in a heart beat. <br/><br/>Her knowledge of the area is also pretty amazing so we saw several very nice places during our search. And once we settled on a house her administrative and contract skills moved the purchase process forward with no worries. <br/><br/>Finally, we sold our starter home at the same time we bought our new home and when it came to staging the house we followed Ella’s suggestions pretty closely. As it turned out, the old house was on the market for a little more than one week before she brought us the offer we were looking for. You could not do better than Ella and her team.
