You message her, email her, call her and she answers as quick as you can say, "Please assist." She's a trouble-shooter and a woman with knowledge, experience and here's a biggie--caring. Plain and simple, Beth is a mensch. So many realtors I've found are in it for the money and not much more. Many could use a lesson or five from her. Importantly, you need a lender, mover, contractor, et al, she's got 'em.
