We were not exactly the easiest of buyers to work with, we changed courses several times on the type of home we wanted. Elizabeth was very patient with us and helped us to narrow down what really would work best for us. Also, her local knowledge really helped in getting us focused on where we wanted to be. She steered us away from several which would have been a problem, so she doesn't have that " I just want to make a sale " mentality. We finally found a home we loved, but it had just gone under contract. Amazingly, she persisted with the agent on that home, and when the deal fell apart we got the house !!! We are so happy and it was all because of Elizabeth.....

The amount of stress that has comes with purchasing a home is not for the faint of heart LOL, especially someone buying their first home. Elizabeth, not only walked me through every step of the way she explained to me the things that were going on and why they happen. She was in constant communication with me, even if it was to just say hi and let me know their was no update. She worked so hard to make sure the sellers and their agent were fair with negotiations. I would recommend Elizabeth over and over again.
