My agent did a great job..Helping to determine a price for the house by searching houses sold recently and looking into houses for sale currently in the area. She concentrated solely on houses that were approximately the same size on the interior, exterior, and had similar amenities. She also made suggestions on what could be done simply to improve "curb appeal" on the exterior and better presentation on the interior. She worked professionally with the buyers real estate agent and kept me informed on the progress going forward. I have recommended her to other friends, and business associates that have had an interest in selling their homes.
