Buying and selling a hkuse simultaneously is incredibly stressful, however, working with Elizabeth decreased that stress ten fold.

Elizabeth was great! Any house we wanted to look at, she was always available!! She stuck with us through the whole process , from finding a home, to falling out of escrow, to then finding a beautiful home that we absolutely love!! I reside in Germany and had to rely on Elizabeth to take care of all that had to be done in person. She went out of her way to procure and make sure that maintenance personnel had access to the house, secured the house after theft of property whilst vacant, oversaw all work accomplished, and kept me updated everyday while the house was on the market. Being overseas and not able to return because of the current world pandemic, My anxiety level was very high having little control over the outcome of the preparation and showing of the house.
