We were recommended to Elizabeth by a friend. She was a Godsend since our circumstance required us to find a home in less than a month. We were also expecting our first baby in a little over a month. It was our first home purchase so we needed a lot of educating. After getting pre-approved, we got right to business on looking for homes. Elizabeth was very proactive in scheduling multiple home visits in different locations and educating us on the whole process. She was very supportive of our preferences and made sure to find us homes that met our needs. Elizabeth has a great sense of humor and is able to lighten the burden of the home buying. She was available at all hours of the day and night responding to our questions quickly. We viewed about 8-10 homes in a span of 2 weeks and placed offers on two of the homes that we really liked. The home we liked the most was on the market for just a day with more than a dozen offers pouring in. Her advice in how much to offer resulted in our offer being accepted! Elizabeth has a special place in our heart for helping us find our first place to call home.
