There were so many concerns we had about our sale and she was always there to keep us positive and moving forward to our ultimate goal of selling our house . For me the most important advice was my worry about Fraud when transferring money to our bank and then to the new house title company . She suggested contacting each title company and having them handle the transfer of money from our sale to the new house title company . It worked great and we never had to touch our money in the process . Great advise !!
