When my 81-year-old mother wanted to sell her home, and I was living on the other side of the country, Liz came to the rescue. She was recommended to us from a friend we trust, be we had no idea what a gem she would be. The day after we signed an agreement, she showed up in her grubbies, ready to work and help get the house ready to go on the market... she cleaned, lifted, moved furniture, arranged pictures on the wall. She staged the property and hired cleaners and repairmen. She literally took my mom under her wing when I couldn't be there, picking up dinner one evening so she didn't have to drive at night. She kept my brother and I in the loop each step of the way. She WORKED for her commission from beginning to end. Her sparkling personality will make you wish you had met her sooner. Liz also has a lot of industry knowledge. She knew exactly what should be upgraded and improved, and what should be left alone for the new owners to make their own. She knew how to price it in order to secure multiple offers. We had multiple offers the first couple days it was on the market and the house sold for quite a bit over listing price. While I wish I had met her years ago, we are now friends for life!

She went way beyond our expectations of what a real estate agent would do. She gave excellent advice as to what was needed or happening in all steps of the process. She was dealing with two of my kids and one spouse as well as me so we had 5 way texts and emails going on. She helped us get the house ready for sale and move out and discard items no longer needed. She brought in wonderful people to help shape up the landscape and take pictures for online viewing. We all always knew just what was happening. We were able to leave the area before closing as we knew she would take care of any problem that might arise. The absolutely best agent ever.

Purchasing a home, living so far away from Seal Beach, trying to put it all together was not difficult because she knew what needed to be done to make it work. I had to back out of first offer because of the virus, lost my deposit, but all of us couldn't leave our homes, and I was, by auto, 14 hours away, up in Northern California. My son and daughter-in-law, worked with Elizabeth, and everything was so smooth and wonderful! The escrow officer was wonderful! Elizabeth knew what was needed, and I now have a beautiful home.
