Due to corona travel restrictions from Germany to the States, it was impossible for me to be involved in the sale in person. Elizabeth was recommended by friends of mine and turned out to be an excellent real estate agent and a lovely, trustworthy person. She had an excellent knowledge of the market, was extremely envolved in evaluating the condo in detail to find a realistic market value, in preparing the photographic presentation on the internet, organizing showings and all the communication with interested buyers and their agents. And all this very smoothly despite a 6 hour time difference. I was extremely happy with her work and can highly recommend her !
