Committed Beyond Belief

Elizabeth took my listing just as rates went from 3% to 7.5%. I lost 4 buyers to the rate hike madness. So, Elizabeth split the property into 3 tracts and got full value that way. Many would have dropped the listing or tried to get the seller to lower price. Not Elizabeth. Believe me, you want Elizabeth on your deal.
