Elizabeth Park is a fun and hilarious person to hang out with as she patiently sweeps the market with you showing you your options. But don't be fooled by the fun. She is quite a skilled negotiator on both the buy side and sell side of transactions. She has represented me in both, and I could not be more impressed by her combination of professionalism, negotiation skills, and good humor.
