Constant and consistent effort with pushing out the house made me feel very comfortable that I was going to get the house sold. Liz is very knowledgeable about the El Paso real estate market. She stays up to date on the current listings and will help her client find the right place for them. The repair negotiations went very smooth and I was able to get a number of things repaired at no extra cost to me. Overall, I was very happy of the experience working with Liz. Liz did an amazing job selling our home. We listed on a Wednesday and were under contract by Saturday. She used a professional photographer to take amazing photos of the property and utilized her skills to write a great listing that was attractive to buyers. During the entire time that it was under contract, we could count on Liz to respond quickly to our questions and make sure that all of our requirement were met timely.
