Liz Nourse (Founder of Customer Realty) was a great agent and professional who helped us immensely while we searched and eventually bought our first home. She was very patient with us as we searched for possible homes and always made time to do more home visits. She was extremely supportive and encouraging while she helped us through our first time home buying experience. She also has a lot of knowledge with regards to the home buying process, local real estate, and contracts. We trusted her and her company, and always felt that she genuinely had our best interest in mind. Additionally, she was very quick to provide us with a search system that was customized to our discussed area of interest. She is great about providing you with the potential homes that are in the area you desire. Additionally, when we had interest in a specific building she was quick to set up an alert system that would email us when new units in the building hit the market. This was extremely helpful and I think gave us an edge against other buyers. Overall, I would recommend Liz Nourse to anyone looking for a real estate agent to help them buy or sell a home.

With the exception of a paperwork glitch from the loan processor the entire process was very good. Liz and her team got my property to market very quickly and began having showings almost immediately. While this is great it was that we were able to obtain an agreeable offer quickly.
