A wish come true!
We began detailing our wish list to find a Capri Villa in Villagewalk of Wellington to Liz and Frank several months ago. Liz kept these items up to date and kept her ear to the market looking for the right deal. One day last February Nancy and I were biking around the community at the VillageWalk yard sale day when Liz called with a Capri going on the market that filled all of our wishes. It is the perfect home for our daughter and we closed on it toward the end of June. Liz and Frank are a fantastic team and know the South Florida market very well. I highly recommend them for your next real estate transaction.
