But, when it came time to sell my condo, I knew I would prefer a realtor I've known nearly all my life. That person is Beth McKinley, and she did not disappoint. One of her suggestions was to include a 1 year home warranty. It may have been the icing on the cake for the buyer, and it also provided me peace of mind in the short time the condo was listed. We were first-time homebuyers with a wish list of "must haves" for our house. When it came time to put an offer on our house, she was quick to put together the paperwork, and highly communicative in regards to each step in closing.
