Before the Bayshore Blvd condominium even went on the market, Elizabeth conducted extensive market analysis to provide me an understanding of the South Tampa market. She coordinated painting, helped select the right paint color, handled several repairs, arranged window washing (all while I was out of town- she directly oversaw ALL OF the work). Additionally, Elizabeth provided professional cleaning and staging and furniture removal at no additional cost to me. The attention to detail and willingness to take care of everything made the entire process so much easier as I do not live in Tampa. Once the condo was on the market, Elizabeth personally attended every showing, educated prospective buyers about the building, addressed concerns, and provided renovation quotes and renderings when buyers were worried about the cost of updates. I received feedback after every showing, and Elizabeth consistently monitored the market to make sure the condo was continuously positioned competitively. What impressed me most was the dedication after we went under contract. Elizabeth used her own legal background and knowledge of the new condo laws to help educate the lender, which was incredibly important in helping the buyer obtain financing and keeping the transaction moving forward. Even the remaining furniture was removed before closing at no additional cost. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent and the law degree came in HANDY many many times....
