We wanted someone who was familiar from the north shore (Port Washington, Manhasset, New Hyde Park, etc.) all the way down to Franklin Square -- we ended up buying a place in Garden City, NY. She was professional, calming, communicative, and always available. She easily navigated our questions as first-time home buyers and really stepped up for us during walk-throughs and open houses asking questions we wouldn't have known to ask.
