Liz is FANTASTIC! You can't go wrong.

We can't say NEARLY enough of how great it was to work with Liz. WOW, JUST WOW! Liz treated the sale of our house as if we were family--or as if it were HER house, she took it so very seriously. Liz was recommended by a friend, and now she IS a friend. She was a joy to work with. She has an AMAZING sense of humor, which is important when dealing with such a stressful, important process. She pays attention to every detail. SHE KNOWS THE BEST CONTRACTORS! From painting and updating our kitchen--within our budget; to landscaping; staging; cleaning, you name it. Did I mention WITHIN OUR BUDGET? Liz was so attuned to what WE needed, rather than a cookie cutter, one size fits all approach. It was clearly ALL ABOUT HELPING US get what we needed out of the process. She was clear on what the benefits $$ money-wise and stress-reduction-wise of different choices were. Our house was BY FAR both the biggest purchase, and this time, sale of our lives. We are SUPER happy with the outcome. Both the $$ price of the sale and how we feel about leaving our family home of 17 years. You just can't go wrong with Liz.
