I would definitely recommend Liz to anyone of my family and friends when it comes to buying a house. When my husband and I first met Liz, she had the biggest smile that really put us at ease. We met her at a local coffee shop and sat for hours talking about our forever home purchase. She sprang into action, finding listings and making appointments for the coming weekend of house hunting. That weekend our lives changed for the better. We looked at 5 homes and fell head over heels for our new forever home. We are 1st time home buyers and, she very carefully outlined the steps and explained all of our duties to carry out these steps that made us homeowners. She was very thorough and very attentive to our needs no matter what time of day. Liz always asked us if we had any questions and if we did, to call her anytime. She helped ease the stress that we encountered along the way in this especially long journey because of all of the constant changes and delays due to COVID-19 SIP mandates. Liz helped my daughter purchase her first home. She was very present from beginning to end. She took time to explain things and worked diligently with the title company and the lender to make all timelines met. Her professionalism and care towards my daughter and myself was unmeasurable. Liz was simply incredible from start to finish! Where do we start? We were in a very unique situation as we had to sell our house in California while living in Texas and we had some very challenging tenants. Liz listened to all our needs; she bent over backwards to help us make our house picture perfect. She gave us great advice in helping us get our house stage ready and we listened and did so. When we felt overwhelmed, she calmed us and reassured us that everything will work out fine. She has excellent communication skills and was always in contact with us.
