About 8 years ago Elizabeth helped me to buy my first home. I loved it. Throughout that time as the market shifted and we wanted to make changes to the property... I would call her and ask her for her advice. So when we were considering selling I of course called her first for more advice. Once we made the decision we wanted to move, we wanted to move really quickly. Sell it fast so we could move on. Before we even got the house online for sale, she had professional connections that set up off-market showings. She had a photographer who took beautiful pictures of our home. Once the listing went online we had a showing scheduler that booked up like crazy, but it project managed everything for us. So the showing process was really easy for us and only took two days. We had our first offer at asking within 24 hours, and within 48 hours we had maybe 12 offers. Most of the offers were between 5 and 10% over asking price. We ended up closing for a price that exceeded our expectations. The property ended up being a great investment that she original helped us get into. Elizabeth is a true professional with a large network of helpful contacts. She is very strategic. I didn't realize how much strategy we needed but we did. She is also just a pleasure to work with - she is warm and easy to talk to. She took time to explain things to me if anything made me feel uncertain or insecure. She brought all the light into what should have been a stressful home selling process.

We gave Elizabeth an impossible task find a house for Father,Mother and adult daughter and son in law. Something that had a enough space for everyone. Elizabeth sold both of our houses in less than 5 days and found us the perfect new house that gave Mom and Dad a blank space to make their own and daughter and son in law a beautiful home all of it set on 19 acres at a very reasonable space. We first met Elizabeth when we looked at a property (that we ended up buying). We ended up using her as a seller agent to our current home as well. Elizabeth was super responsive, friendly, and had great knowledge. She guided us thru the entire process and was responsive even when she didn't need to be, thinks like "Can we bring our parents over to see that place we are buying" (after P&S signed but not closed.). The entire process of buying a new home and selling our home was very smooth. We thank Elizabeth for that. We also feel we made a new friend in life, how often can someone say that during this process!
