Elizabeth came highly recommended to us and we went in with high expecations and some skepticism, being the first time buyers. Slowly but surely, she won us over with her positive attitude, knowledge of local market and straingtforward responsiveness. She was patient with the questions, excellent in the follow-up and forthcoming about her availability. On multiple occasions, we were a bit (once a lot) late to the appointments, and she was always gracious about it. She even offered to look at some properties we were interested in and give her opinion if we weren't available. Our criteria for our first home changed, and some expectations were shaped due to her helpful feedback. She adapted well and kept on going. We sent her a LOT of links to properties from Zillow and Redfin, and she responded to all of them. She was more selective in what she sent us and the house we ended up buying was sent by her. She was helpful all the way from offer through inspection. As luck would have it, we also encountered a hitch during the closing process. Elizabeth worked with the title agency and the loan officer and kept us well informed on what to expect. We closed right when she said we would. We'd highly recommend Elizabeth, and if you're a first-time buyer, you'd be hard pressed to find someone more understanding of your needs and delivering on them.
