Elizabeth took care of my real estate needs when I told her I was ready to buy. We looked at numerous properties until we found one that suited my needs. She negotiated a number of things that helped me from spending money on the property to get things fixed and essentially helped me get paid to buy my new home. I'm a second time home buyer and this was by far and away the easier of the two experiences. I am grateful for her knowledge, expertise and ability to negotiate the deal for the right price. If I ever sell this home and buy another I will use her services for both transactions!
