Elizabeth did a tremendous job in helping us sell our mother's house. The home was very outdated and she gave us wonderful advice in what things we needed to change to make it appealing to buyers and what things we could leave as is. Because of her recommendations, the house sold to the first potential buyers who came to see it. We loved the advertising she did for the home and her connections in Great Falls and the realty business gave our listing a wide range of viewers. She was very easy to get in touch with when we had questions and she worked hard to help us get through some of the issues that came up prior to settlement. She is a lovely person and our family is very grateful for all she did to help us sell the house.
